S.A. is a company set up by Tomasz Czaplak, one of the
leading economic experts in Poland. He is a specialist
in reorganization and restructuring of businesses. He
also has a substantial corporate recovery and bankruptcy
experience in representing both creditors and debtors.
His intention was to create a financial and economic
organization and establish such practice as would combine
the skills of economists trained in the largest financial
institutions in Poland and the basics of international
finance. The Management Board Members and their partners
have accumulated more than 15 years of experience in
Poland and abroad, owing to which Polskie Konsorcjum
Finansowe S.A. became a leader in the area of financial
and economic advisory services both for governmental
bodies and other entities in respect of commercial and
financial aspects of investing in Poland.
